This is the first of my street style photoshoots with Emer of Irish Fashaholic that we shot in my own clothes. This is the type of outfit that I would generally lean towards at this time of year. My default uniform most definitely consists of these Joni Jeans from Topshop. Ever since finding out about these via a request for help on my Facebook page I have been in love. They are really high waisted so they suck in a multitude of sins. They also come in a range of different leg lengths which is perfect for the long legged, the short legged and everyone in between! And they are stretchy, I meant what is not to love about that.I had heard about COS but not having a store nearby I didn’t purchase anything from there before until my trip to Paris earlier this year. I think it’s one of those brands that you need to try on first to figure out your size before being able to purchase online from their store. I’m a size 12-14 and go for a medium which is more than roomy. I love loose tops, I want to hide my tummy after two kids so these are ideal. I had the pleasure of borrowing some Ciara Silke scarves to help liven up this shoot. I love scarves and these are just pure luxury. All Ciara’s scarves are made from cashmere or silk, designed in Ireland (Galway to be exact) and made in Italy. And Ciara is an Irish designer so all the more reason to support! This Longchamp bag is one of my favourites. I feel like Mary Poppins because these bags fit so much more than you’d ever expect. I have a couple of different sizes and I love them all, simple and elegant and very, very French. I got these boots ages ago in Zara, where I pretty much buy all my shoes and jackets. I still have dreams of owning the actual Chloe boots these are modelled on…but hey I think I’d have to win not only the lotto but the multilotto or something like that before my husband would agree to such things!
I’m trying out a new feature on the blog when it comes to shopping my style, just click the links in the pictures below to shop the look above. Obviously not all the items I wore are still available but I’ve done my best to find similar options across the web!
This is a sponsored post: it contains items sent for use solely for the purposes of styling this shoot (which were then return, sob!) and also contains a sponsored link.

I love it! I’ve been lusting over a black Longchamp for so long! Gorgeous
You look great! I am OBSESSED with Cos but never buy online because their fits can be a bit mad.
Love that scarf, the color is beautiful x
I love the jeans… must check them out. I adore a high waist! Lovely outfit x

I adore those boots, they are just fabulous. Love the jeans too and the high waist, dunno how I lived without high waisted jeans before.
